The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road On The Premises Of Wat From Kocjana Street To The Wat Club Building. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 1) Performing An Inventory Of The Existing Condition, Including Underground Devices And Installations; 2) Inventory Of Greenery; 3) Carrying Out Soil And Water Tests Enabling The Implementation Of The Task; 4) Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Reconstruction In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Functional And Utility Program (Pf-U), Consisting Of, Among Others: A) Obtaining A Map For Design Purposes; B) Implementation Of A Multi-Discipline Conceptual Design; C) Obtaining, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Notification Along With All Required Decisions, Conditions And Permits (E.G. Decision On Permitting The Implementation Of A Road Investment, Decision On Environmental Conditions); D) Obtaining Tests, Expert Opinions, Measurements Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order And Proper Implementation Of The Task (E.G. Noise, Vibration And Pollution Tests); E) Preparing A Project For Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works Related To The Execution Of The Task; F) Preparing A Design For Permanent Traffic Organization And Changes In Vertical And Horizontal Markings Along With Its Approval; G) Preparation Of A Complete Construction Design For The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road On The Premises Of Wat From Ul. Kocjana For The Wat Club Building, Including: Land Development Design (Pzt), Architectural And Construction Design (Pab) And Technical Design (Pt) Divided Into Industries To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of The Works; H) Preparation Of A Complete Detailed Design (Pw), Taking Into Account The Division Into Four Implementation Sections (Each Section Can Be Implemented Independently Of The Remaining Sections) Divided Into Industries To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of The Works; I) Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) Divided Into Industries To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of The Works (Each Volume For A Different Type Of Industry); J) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities (Pr) Divided Into Industries; K) Preparation Of Investor Cost Estimates (Ki) Broken Down Into Industries, Along With A Summary Of Task Costs (Zkz); L) Agreeing The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation With The Ordering Party; M) Agreeing The Design Documentation With The Competent Authorities To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Regulations; N) If It Is Necessary To: − Obtain A Permit For Cutting Down Trees And Shrubs; − Preparation Of A Survey And A Water Permit; − Preparing Ornithological Opinions/Reports And Other Required Documents In This Regard; − Preparation Of A Greenery Management Project Taking Into Account Plantings, Replanting Of Plants And Trees And Other Required Documents In This Regard; − Developing Information On Safety And Health Protection (Bioz); − Performing Authors Supervision.
