Tenders Are Invited For Furniture Delivery

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Furniture - A Metal Cabinet (Part A) Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As Furniture. The Furniture Offered Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Year Of Production - No Earlier Than 2025), And Have Appropriate Certificates And Approvals Allowing The Furniture To Be Sold And Used In The Republic Of Poland. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service For The Furniture. 2) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of Furniture Along With Its Delivery To The Ordering Party, Unloading, Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Assembly. Assembly Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Furniture, Taking Into Account Its Adaptation To The Rooms In Which It Will Be Used And To The Elements Located In These Rooms. The Assembly Will Be Preceded By Appropriate Measurements At The Expense Of The Contractor And Will Consist In Particular In Setting, Hanging Or Leveling Individual Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz;4) The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers In Accordance With The Following Division: A) Part A: Metal Cabinet 1 Piece B) Part B: Corner (Set) 1 Piece 2) The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts For Which The Contractor May Submit An Offer, Nor Does It Indicate The Maximum Number Of Parts For Which The Order May Be Awarded To The Same Contractor.3) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers.5) The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Orders For Additional Supplies Within The Meaning Of Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 In Connection With Joke. 304 Of The Public Procurement Law.6) Order Completion Date: Up To 41 Days From The Conclusion Of The Contract. The Completion Date Is A Non-Price Criterion For Evaluating Offers. If The Offer Is Shorter Than The Maximum Permissible Order Completion Time, The Contractors Offer Will Receive Additional Points, In Accordance With The Rules Set Out In Chapter.
