Procedure Tender Through The European Public Procedure In Accordance With The (Amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Client The Client For This Tender Is The Municipality Of Breda. For More Information About The Municipality Of Breda, Please Refer To The Municipalitys Website: Www.Breda.Nl. Assignment Scope Of The Assignment (Archaeology) Providing An Ict Solution That Meets The Functional And Technical Requirements, As Laid Down In The Questionnaires And Associated Appendices; Services Related To Delivery: * Project Management Of The Implementation; * Implementation Of The Solution; * Setting Up A Production And Test Environment; * Providing Training To Users And Administrators Of The Client; * Migration Of Data So That Current Data Is Accessible From The Ict Solution To Be Delivered; * Ensure The Availability Of Employees From The Contractor So That Schedules Can Be Met; * Drawing Up An Exit Plan That Provides For A Smooth Transition After Termination Of The Agreement; * Setting Up Maintenance And Management In Accordance With The Agreed Sla. For General Information About The Archeology Collection Management System, See The Attached Appendix. The Drawn Up Project Start Architecture (Psa Archeology Management System) Has Also Been Added As An Appendix. Lots This Assignment Is Not Divided Into Lots. Objective The Objective Of This Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement For The Provision Of These Services With One Supplier With An Initial Term Of Four (4) Years. The Client Then Has The Unilateral Right To Extend This Agreement Under The Same Terms And Conditions Three (3) Times For Two (2) Years Each Time. The Decision-Making Regarding This Extension(S) Is Based On An Evaluation Of The Performance Delivered. The Municipality Intends To Complete The Award In August 2026 And Start Implementation In The 4Th Quarter Of 2026. Market Consultation The Municipality Of Breda Conducted A Market Consultation Prior To This Tender. The Summary Of The Market Consultation Is Included As An Appendix.
