Objective The Objective Of This Tender Is To Conclude An Agreement For The Provision Of These Services With One Supplier With An Initial Term Of Four (4) Years. The Client Then Has The Unilateral Right To Extend This Agreement Under The Same Terms And Conditions Three (3) Times For Two (2) Years Each Time. The Decision-Making Regarding This Extension(S) Is Based On An Evaluation Of The Performance Delivered.
