A Separate Position Consulting Services For Management And Reporting Of The Project Improvement Of The Street Network In The Village Of Sarnitsa, Which Is Financed With The Funds Of The Contracting Authority, Will Be Awarded According To The Order Of Its Individual Value - Up To 2,618.32 Euros Without Vat By Direct Award In Accordance With The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. The Separation Of This Separate Position Was Carried Out On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop.
