This Framework Agreement Concerns A Project Management Assistance Mission To The Ecovallée-Plaine Du Var Public Development Establishment (Hereinafter Referred To As Epa) As Part Of The Development Of Eco-Exemplarity In The Ecovallée. The Priority Issue, In View Of The Epas Strategy, Is That Of The Operational Application Of The Ecovallée Quality Approach In The Projects Registered In The Ecovallée, Whether They Are Projects For Which It Is Responsible Or Projects Carried Out By Other Public Or Private Operators. In Order To Respect The Deco-Exemplary Objectives Defined Across The Entire Scope Of The Ecovallée, The Epa Wishes To Use A Project Ownership Assistant (Amo) For: - Managing The Ecovallée Quality Approach And Evaluating Development Or Construction Projects Registered On The Platform, - Annual Environmental Reporting For The Establishment, - Assistance And Support Missions Relating To Various Environmental Quality Themes (In Particular Eco-Design And The Circular Economy). This Is A Single-Award Framework Agreement Executed By Purchase Orders, With No Minimum Amount And A Maximum Amount Of 450,000 Euros Excluding Tax. It Is Processed At Unit Prices.
