Concerning A Design-Construction Contract, The Groups Must Be Constituted In The Form Of A Multidisciplinary Team Bringing Together The Skills Necessary For The Successful Completion Of The Operation And In Particular The Following Two Main Components (See Details In The Rc): 1/ A Works Company Component Consisting Of: Either A General Contractor, Or A Subgroup Of Joint Or Several Economic Operators, 2/ A Project Management Component Bringing Together: The Skills Of An Architect Authorized To Practice The Profession Of Architect In France, One Or More Design Offices Independent Of The Company Having At Least The Following Skills: Structure, Vrd, Construction Economics.
