The Project Management Contract Concerns The Creation Of The Briffaut Commun Building And The Occasional Rehabilitation Of The Briffaut A And B Buildings, On The Briffaut Campus In Valence (26). The Briffaut Commun Building Will Accommodate, With A View To The Development Of Training In The Drôme Ardèche Science Department (Dsda), A Learning Center, Educational Premises For The Nuclear Engineering Masters Degree, And Student Living Spaces, Totaling A Useful Surface Area Of Approximately 1400M². Its Exterior Surroundings Will Also Be Treated. In The Briffaut A Building, The Renovation Will Allow The Creation Of An Additional Emergency Staircase, Practical Training Rooms (Dance, Sciences), Tutorial Rooms, And Administrative Premises, As Well As The Improvement Of Indoor Air Quality (Iaq) And The Energy Performance Of The 2 Amphitheatres, Totaling Approximately 1,200 M². In The Briffaut B Building, The Renovation Will Allow The Improvement Of Indoor Air Quality (Iaq) And The Energy Performance Of The Amphitheater, For A Surface Area Of Approximately 300M². Although No Specific Environmental Requirements Or Labeling Are Formally Imposed As Part Of The Project, A Global And Virtuous Reflection Is Expected In Terms Of The Environmental Quality Of Buildings, Particularly With Regard To The Following Objectives: Energy Efficiency: Thanks To The Design Of An Efficient Envelope, To Reduce Heating Needs And, As A Priority, To Encourage The Design Of A Learning Center And Student Spaces As A Summer Refuge Space, Guaranteeing Good Summer Comfort, By Limiting Active Systems; And Reduction Of The Carbon Footprint: Favor The Use Of Healthy Materials And Low-Carbon Sectors In Architectural, Technical And Constructive Choices. The Operation Will Take Place On An Occupied Site, And The Phasing Of The Rehabilitation Will Have To Take This Into Account, Particularly With Work During The Summer Period.
