Engineering Services – Project Management Contract For Public Electricity Distribution (Dpe), Public Lighting (Ep) And Passive Electronic Communication Infrastructure (Ipce) Works. The Framework Agreement Will Be Executed Through The Conclusion Of Subsequent Contracts. It Will Be Awarded To A Maximum Of 3 Economic Operators (Subject To A Sufficient Number Of Offers). Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Define The General, Institutional, Organizational And Financial Framework Within Which The Project Management Contract Relates To The Missions (Pro) Project Studies, (Exe) The Execution Studies, (Det) The Direction Of Execution Of Works, (Aor) The Assistance Provided To The Project Owner During The Reception Operations As Well As The Specific Associated Missions. Candidates Must Understand The Role Of The Syndicat Audois Denergies Et Du Numérique (Syaden) As A Contracting Entity, Its Skills, Its Methods Of Intervention, The Governance Of The Projects, As Well As The Ecosystem Of Actors And Financing In Which They Will Be Required To Intervene.
