Construction-Site Supervision Services – Scheduling, Steering And Coordination (Opc) Mission For The Construction Of The New Head Office Of Carsat Sud-Est Including Deconstruction And Rehabilitation Marseille Site (13). This Contract Is An Intellectual Services Contract Relating To The Execution Of The Following Mission: Scheduling, Steering And Coordination (Opc) For The Construction Of The Carsat Sud-Est Headquarters In Marseille (13005) Including Deconstruction Of The Sakakini Building And Rehabilitation Of The Chave Building. The Holder Of The Opc Mission Will Intervene, In Collaboration With The Holder Of The Construction Project Management Contract And More Particularly On: • The Organization And General Coordination Of The Participants • In The Studies Phase Up To The Site Preparation Phase, The Establishment Of The Envelope Calendars And The Principle Plan Of Organization And Installation Of The Site • The Scheduling And Planning Of The Entire Operation, From The Studies Phase And Until The Delivery Of All The Buildings • The Organization, Planning And Temporal Coordination Of The Execution Studies • Scheduling And Planning Of Moves • Site Management (Planning, Management And Coordination Of The Execution Of The Works) • In The Reception Phase, Planning The Management And Coordination Of Reception Operations The Mission Includes Five Phases, Broken Down As Follows: • Phase 1 Assistance In The Design Phase (Pro) • Phase 2 Act: Assistance To The Project Owner For The Award Of Works Contracts Including Dce, • Phase 3 Site Preparation: Scheduling Preparation Period, • Phase 4 Works: Coordination/Management Period, • Phase 5 Aor And Gpa: Reception Period And Lifting Of Reservations. As An Indication, We Can Predict That The Design Phase Will Begin Around June 2026. The Evaluation Of The Work Is 48 M Euros Excluding Vat
