The City Of Dalton Is Seeking Competitive Proposals From Qualified And Professional Contractors For A Construction Of: ¿Renovations To Al Rollins Park¿, Located At 521 Threadmill Rd, Dalton, Ga 30720 (The ¿Project¿). The Project Includes Re-Grading Of The Existing Baseball Fields, Installation And Upkeep Of Soil And Erosion Control Measures, Irrigation, New Sod, New In-Field Material, Fencing, New Pre-Cast Restroom Building And All Other Materials & Labor Required For A Complete Project. The Requirements For Construction Of The Project, And The Duties And Responsibilities Of The Contractor Whose Proposal Is Accepted (¿Successful Contractor¿), Are Set Forth In The Contract Documents Which Include The Instructions To Proposers; The Contract For Construction And Incorporated General Conditions (The ¿Contract¿); Any Supplementary And Other Conditions; The Drawings; The Specifications; And Any Addenda Issued By The Architect.
