This Is A Request For Information, The Purpose Of Which Is To Map The System Options Available On The Market And To Request Bidders Comments On The Draft Rfp. The System Must Be Modern, Intuitive And Partially Enable The Automatic Entry Of Metadata. It Should Support Savonia University Of Applied Sciences In The Development Of Clear Contract Management Processes. The Goal Is That The Solution Also Supports The Life Cycle Of Case Management. With The Help Of The New Entity, We Aim For A Uniform And Efficient Way Of Working And The Automation Of Manual Work Steps. The Preliminary System Requirements Are Presented In The Tender Request Draft Attached To This Request For Information.1.
