The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes Construction Supervision Activities Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Zut, Control Of Compliance With The Requirements Under Art. 169, Paragraphs 1 And 3 And Art. 169B, Para. 1 Of The Zut, For Each Of The Individual Positions. The Services Under This Public Procurement And The Three Separate Positions Include: Activity 1: Evaluation Of Compliance Of Investment Projects For The Object Regarding Their Compliance With The Basic Requirements For Construction, Including Preparation Of A Complex Report According To The Requirements Of The Zut. Activity 2: Exercise Of Construction Supervision During The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works (Cms): Sub-Activity 1: Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of The Object, Until Its Acceptance And Commissioning According To The Requirements Of The Zut And Guaranteeing The Application Of The Bulgarian Regulatory Requirements; Sub-Activity 2: Performing The Function Of Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In The Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works; Sub-Activity 3: Preparation Of A Final Report, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of Zut, And Technical Passport, According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Constructions For The Object Or For The Relevant Part Of It, If The Phased Handover Of Parts Of The Construction Contract Is Carried Out.
