The Subject Of The Procurement Are Maintenance And Development Services That Target The Current Information Systems Of The Consumer Disputes Board And The Application Maintenance Of Electronic Transactions (Krista And Krista Sa), The Application Maintenance Of The Case Management Information Systems And Electronic Transactions Of The Public Interest Supervision (Edvard And Esa), And The Application Maintenance Of The System For The Mediation Of Criminal Cases And Certain Disputes (Sopu). Application Maintenance Is Divided Into Service Management, Application Management, Application Maintenance And Developmental Maintenance. The Responsibility Of The Application Supplier Will Include The Maintenance Of The Test, Development And Production Environment. In Addition, The Transfer Of Application Maintenance From The Current Service Provider To The New One (Transition) Is Procured. As Described Above, The Acquisition Covers The Maintenance And Further Development Of Several Different Systems, And The Technologies Used In The Systems Vary.
