Construction Work For Bridges – Renewal Of Support Devices And Renovation Of Bridges 2, 3, 4, 5 And 7 On Orly. Design And Implementation, In Accordance With The Program Transmitted, Of Changes To The Support Devices And Renovation Operations On Bridges 2, 3, 4, 5 And 7 At Orly Airport. The Holder Establishes And Carries Out Under His Sole Responsibility The Studies Necessary For The Design Of The Works, The Monitoring Of The Execution Of The Works And The Work Relating To The Construction Of The Works. The Market Is Made Up Of A Firm Tranche And 2 Optional Tranches. Firm Phase: The Firm Phase Concerns The Design Studies And Renovation Works Of The Bridges In Accordance With The Contract Documents, Including In Particular: • Establishment Of The Pro, • Production Of The Documents Necessary For The Submission And Instruction Of The Various Administrative, Safety And Operating Procedures When Necessary, • Production Of All Technical Execution Documents (Exe), • Carrying Out The Preparatory Work • Carrying Out All The Renovation Work On The Bridges And Changing The Support Devices And The Procedures Relating To The Role Of Project Management, (Strap Work Sheets, Fire Permits, Requests For Deposits, Risk Analysis, Etc.), In Accordance With The Program, The Site Organization Notice (Noc) And Their Annexes. 2 Optional Tranches: - Optional Tranche N°1 (To1) Corresponds To All Studies For The Creation Of A Cycle Path Along The Rn7, Including Associated Administrative Procedures And Obtaining Authorizations, In Accordance With The Annex To The Program And The Regulations In Force. - Optional Tranche N°2 (T02) Corresponds To All The Work For The Construction Of The Cycle Path Along The Rn7, In Accordance With The Annex To The Program And The Regulations In Force. Optional Installments Will Be Notified By Service Order. Aéroports De Paris Reserves The Right Not To Confirm All Or Part Of The Optional Tranches. Under These Conditions This Will Not Give Rise To Compensation For Waiting Or Forfeiture. The Contract Includes A Technical Option Which Consists Of Taking Into Account Possible Shocks To Existing Structures, In Particular Taking Into Account The Proximity Of The Rn7, The Adp Service Road Or The T7 Tramway. This Option Must Be The Subject Of An Analysis, A Note Including Planning And Specific Costing.
