Computer-Related Services – Analysis, Development And Implementation Service Of Ieca Information Systems. The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Analysis, Development And Implementation Of Information Systems Of The Institute Of Statistics And Cartography Of Andalusia (Ieca). The Services To Be Contracted Will Be Oriented And Divided According To The Life Cycle For The Management Of Ict Services, Mapping With The Phases Of The Software Development Process, Being Organized In The Following Lines Or Categories Of Services: A) Strategy And Continuous Improvement Services: Will Include All Those Tasks Necessary To Advise And Guide The Different Actors Of The Possible Evolutions And Integrations Of The Information Systems, As Well As Propose The Improvements That Are Deemed Appropriate In The Software Products, Aimed At Minimizing Risks, Improving The Internal Quality Of The Systems In Any Of Their Aspects And Adapt The Service According To The Organizations Corporate Strategy. B) Architectural Services: Whose Objective Is To Provide Tasks Of Understanding All The Different Elements That Make Up The Ada Organization And How These Elements Relate To Each Other. The Architecture Domains Are: Business, Service, Information, Technology And Environment. C) Services For The Creation And Evolution Of Information Systems: Will Include All Those Tasks Necessary For The Correct Definition, Analysis, Design And Construction, Within The Scope Conferred In This Contract, Of Functionalities, Requirements, Technology And Processes That The Different Ada Information Systems Must Comply With. D) Evaluation, Validation And Deployment Services: Will Include All Those Tasks Necessary To Implement And Put Into Production Changes Or Evolutions In The Information Systems, Validating That Said Changes Respond To The Definitions Made In The Previous Phases And Comply With The Different Technical Regulations Published And Approved By The Ada, As Well As Communicating And Training Those Interested In The Use And Management Of The Information System That Has Been Affected. E) Software Quality Services: This Service Has The Main Objectives: • That All Information Systems, Within The Scope Of The Contract, Have A Level Of Quality Certification Achieved, With A Minimum Level Of Mandatory Compliance That Will Depend On The Criticality (Low, Medium Or High) With Which It Is Classified,
