The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Rainwater Retention System In The Area Of Niezłomnych Street. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Works In Which Two Tasks Should Be Performed, I.E.: 1) Task No. 1: - Execution Of Construction Works Entitled Construction Of A Storm Sewage Collector At Ul. The Task Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Dnsh Principle Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) No. 2020/852 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Stwiorb And Bill Of Quantities Constituting Annexes To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Carry Out An On-Site Inspection Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order On-Site At The Ordering Partys. 6.
