Tenders are invited for Provisions for Translation Services Application Deadline 07 December 2025 @ 12 pm. Document Translation: Translate all documents assigned under the project from Arabic to English, as required. Documents include: o Training manuals and handouts o Participant worksheets and tools o Facilitator guides o Monitoring and evaluation instruments o Reports, summaries, and briefs o Communication materials and notices Any other program-related documentation Quality Assurance: Ensure translations are accurate, clear, consistent, and reflect proper technical terminology. Adapt wording to ensure cultural relevance and readability for target audiences. Maintain consistent terminology across all translated materials through a terminology sheet or glossary. Formatting and Document Preparation Maintain original formatting, templates, layout, tables, and visual structure unless otherwise requested. Deliver clean, final edited files in the required format (Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Excel, etc.). Reporting and Coordination The Translator will: Report directly to the Project Manager. Coordinate with TCD, Communications, and MEL teams as needed. Ensure confidentiality of all documents and program information. Work from JRF offices if required. 3. REQUIRED DELIVERABLES: Translated documents for all project materials, delivered according to the agreed schedule. Final edited versions incorporating all required revisions.
