Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Covers Periodic Supplies Of Food Products In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Samples Of Technical And Price Proposals For The Specific Items - An Integral Part Of The Documentation For The Public Order. The Specific Positions Are As Follows: Op 1 Delivery Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables Op 2 Supply Of Milk And Dairy Food Products Op 3 Delivery Of Meat And Meat Food Products, Fish And Eggs Op 4 Bread Deliveries Op 5 Delivery Of Dietary And Gluten-Free Food Products The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Technical And Price Proposals For Each Specific Item. The Contract, Which Will Be Concluded With The Participant Designated As The Executor Of The Relevant Specific Position (Op 1 - Op 4), Will Have A Term Of Validity According To The Draft Contract. The Contracting Authority Does Not Foresee The Conclusion Of A Written Contract For The Implementation Of Op 5. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Op 4 And Op 5 Are Assigned In The Order Valid For Their Individual Estimated Value - Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop (Direct Award), Given That The Total Estimated Value Of The Positions Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order, And, Together With The Contracts Awarded On This Basis In The Previous Order, Is Below The Threshold Under Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code. On The Basis Of Art. 7, Para. 2 Of The Ppzop, In The Documentation The Contracting Authority Specifies All The Required Information Regarding Op 4 And Op 5, Including The Subject Matter, Volume And Value Of The Positions. The Execution Of The Supplies For Each Specific Item Begins After A Letter Of Assignment Has Been Sent By The Contracting Authority To The Contractor, In Which The Start Date Of Execution Is Indicated. The Assignment Letter Is Sent In Case Of Early Termination Of The Contracts For The Supply Of Food Products From The Subject Of The Order, Which Were Concluded After A Procedure With The Un In Rop: 03482-2024-0001. The Estimated Quantities For This Order Have Been Determined On The Basis Of The Expectation That The Contracts For Individual Positions Will Be Valid As Follows: 11 Months For Op 1 And Op 2; 8 Months For Op 3; 5 Months For Op 4, 13 Months For Op 5.
