Separate Item No. 2: Delivery Of A Single-Use Circular Stapler, Folding Head, With 3 Rows Of Circularly Arranged And Different Height Titanium Staples - 3Mm; 3.5Mm; 4Mm; 33 Mm Diameter Of The Head /30 Pcs./ - With An Estimated Value Of The Item 46,800 Leva Without Vat. Separate Item No. 3: Delivery Of A Circular Stapler For Single Use, Folding Head, With 3 Rows Of Circularly Arranged And Different Height Titanium Staples - 4Mm; 4.5Mm; 5Mm; 33 Mm Diameter Of The Head /30 Pcs./ - With An Estimated Value Of The Item 46,800 Leva Without Vat. The Planned Supplies Are Divided Into 3 Separate Items, Of Which The Present Public Procurement Provides For The Award Of Separate Item No. 1. According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Civil Procedure Code, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Award Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed Bgn 156,464.00 For Supplies And Services, And The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded In The Order Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order. Separate Items No. 2 And 3 Described In The Table Have An Estimated Value Of Up To Bgn 49,999.90 Without Vat, As Such They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop, Their Total Estimated Value Is Bgn 93,600.00 Excluding Vat, And Both Conditions Are Met For Them.
