The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Maintenance Of Cleanliness In The Rooms And On The Property Around The Spnjo Building At Ul. Bishop Nankiera 2/3 In Wrocław 2. The Total Area Covered By The Cleaning Is: 1) Internal Area: 2,987 M² 2) Property Area: 148.57 M² 3. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including: The Scope Of Daily And Cyclical Cleaning, Cleaning Of The Property Around And Next To The Building, Washing Windows On Both Sides And Snow Removal Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Detailed Scope Of Obligations To Perform The Subject Of The Order And The Payment Terms Are Indicated In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have Civil Liability Insurance Throughout The Duration Of The Service And, No Later Than The Day Before The Commencement Of The Service, He Will Submit To The Ordering Party Proof Of Its Conclusion, The Conditions Of The Insurers Liability And Proof Of Payment Of The Premium. 6. The Order Must Be Executed With Due Care And In Accordance With All Requirements Contained In The Swz With Annexes And Any Information For Contractors. 7. At The Stage Of Order Execution, The Contractor Performs The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 8. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit An Offer Whose Content Will Allow The Ordering Party To Verify The Offer In Terms Of Its Compliance With The Content Of The Swz. The Content Of The Contractors Offer Must Correspond To The Content Of The Terms Of Reference. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Price Calculation In Annex No. 2 - Offer Form And Provide The Gross Offer Price And, As Indicated By The Ordering Party, Mark The Appropriate Boxes Related To The Offer Evaluation Criteria.
