The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of An Offer For The Development Of A Framework Contract For The Acquisition Of A Maximum Of 47 Buses Over A Period Of 5 Years For Vmcv Sa. These Buses Must Be 100% Electric And Will Have Dimensions Of 10 M, 12 M And 18 M. They Will Provide Urban And Intercity Transportation. A 10 M Pre-Series Vehicle Is Required To Be Delivered Quickly In Order To Set Up And Test The Operating Systems On This First Vehicle. The Vehicles Must Meet The Following Technical Specifications: * Provide Urban Type Buses. * The Overall Length Of “10 M” Type Vehicles Is A Minimum Of 10,500 Mm And A Maximum Of 10,900 Mm. * The Overall Length Of “12 M” Type Vehicles Is A Minimum Of 11,900 Mm And A Maximum Of 12,500 Mm. * The Overall Length Of “18 M” Type Vehicles Is A Minimum Of 18,000 Mm And A Maximum Of 18,750 Mm. * The Maximum Vehicle Height Is 3,500 Mm. * Provide 100% Electric Motorization. * The Vehicles Are Equipped With Charging Bars Compatible With Descending Pantograph Type Systems. * The Vehicles Have A Low, Flat Floor With No Steps In The Hallway. A Ramp In The Hallway At The Back Is Tolerated. * No Door Has Steps. * The Vehicles Are Equipped With 3 Doors (Front – Middle – Rear). * The Vehicles Are Adapted To The Climate And The Region Of Clarens As Well As The Building Where They Will Be Stored. * The Technical Specifications With The Mention “Eliminatory” In Annex C Of The Tender Documents Are All Accepted. * The Technical Specifications With The Mention “Eliminatory” In Annex E Of The Tender Documents Are All Accepted.
