ELIGIBILITY Interested Contractors are requested to submit the listed documents which will be used as the criteria for technical evaluation of all bids: i. Evidence of registration of the Company with Cooperative Affairs Commission (CAC) ii. Evidence of registration of the Company with Aiyekire Local Government iii. Evidence of registration of the Company with the Bureau of Local Content iv. Evidence of the Companys 3years Tax Clearance immediately proceeding this year v. Evidence of the Companys Financial Capability to handle the project or letter of Assurance from the Companys banker. vi. Evidence of at least one verifiable similar job previously executed by the Company/Contractor, to be accompanied by the letter of Award of Contract, photographs and valuation certificate in respect of same.
