The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation And Delivery Of Ready-Made Meals For Children Aged 20 Weeks To 3 Years Who Attend The Niedźwiadek Nursery In Niedrzwica Duża. 3. Place Of Service - Niedźwiadek Nursery In Niedrzwica Duża, Ul. Kraśnicka 51A, 24-220 Niedrzwica Duża.4. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Three Meals A Day, I.E. Breakfast, Lunch (Two Courses) And An Afternoon Snack For A Group Of Up To 54 Children In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 (235 Days Of Service - In July, The Nursery Will Be Closed For A Week, And In August, The Nursery Will Be Closed For 2 Weeks). 5. Meals Will Be Delivered On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Except Public Holidays And Days Free From Care Activities In The Nursery. 6. Meals Will Be Delivered From Monday To Friday Between: 1) Breakfast 7:30 - 8:15, 2) Lunch And Afternoon Snack 10:00 - 10:30. 7. The Ordering Party Determines The Size Of The Subject Of The Order During The Duration Of The Contract, I.E.: January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 - 235 Days, I.E. A Maximum Of 12,690 Pieces Of Complete Sets (Breakfast, Two-Course Dinner, Afternoon Tea).8. The Planned Amounts Of Daily Deliveries (54 Sets) Are Estimates, The Actual Scope Of Daily Deliveries Will Depend On The Attendance Of Children Or Changes In The Declarations Of Parents Willing To Feed Their Children. The Daily Number Of Meals May Be Reduced. Reducing The Number Of Meals Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims. The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Scope That Will Be Used During The Order Execution Period At 8,000 Pieces Of Meal Sets.
