The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Consisting Of: Reconstruction Of The Tracks Of Railway Line No. 8, Construction Of 2 External Single-Edge Platforms Along Railway Line No. 8, Construction Of 2 Parking Lots In The P+R System And Kiss+Ride Places And A Taxi Stand, Construction Of Sidewalks And Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, Construction Of A Footbridge For Pedestrians And Cyclists Over Railway Line No. 95, Construction Of A Vertical Communication System In The Form Of Sidewalks, Passenger Lifts And Permanent Stairs Connecting The Ground Level With The Platforms, As Well As: Expansion Of Ul. Reduta And The Reconstruction Of Ul. Meiera, Expansion Of The Road Viaduct Over Railway Line No. 95 Along Ul. Reduta, Construction Of A Road Viaduct Over Railway Line No. 8 And Construction Of Accompanying Infrastructure. 2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Stages: Stage I - Includes The Preparation Of Full-Sector Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, In Particular: A. Executive Design Of All Necessary Industries, B. All Legally Required Decisions, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions; C. Bills Of Quantities; D. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 2) Stage Ii - Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Of The Subject Of The Order, In Particular: A. Preparation Of The Construction Site; B. Performance Of Construction And Assembly Works Covered By The Design Documentation And Executive Documentation; C. Disposal Of Construction Waste In Accordance With The Waste Act; D. Carrying Out Tests And Inspections Of Completed Construction Works; E. Carrying Out The Procedure For Accepting Construction Works; F. Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Use Of The Investment; G. Preparation Of As-Built Documentation; H. Tidying Up The Construction Site And Handing Over The Investment To The Ordering Party. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Are Specified In The Annexes To The Swz, Including: In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Ppu. The Ordering Party Provides The Functional And Utility Program With Attachments (Technical Documentation) In The Form Of A Link. The Link Can Be Found In Annex 1 To The Ppu. 4. The Order Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. The Ordering Party Has The Final Building Permit Decision No. 1/Bk/2020, Reference Number: Wi-Xi.7840.1.71.2020.Mt Along With The Construction Design (This Documentation Is Annex No. 2 To The Ffu).
