The Program Benefits Pleasure Craft, Fishing, And Commercial Vessels And Ensures The Publics Right To Navigate. Canadian Coast Guard Navigation Programs Is Mandated To Keep Waters Accessible By Providing Aids To Navigation, Developing Waterways, And Protecting Navigable Waters.
