Quotation are invited for Computer Equipment Maintenance and Repair The Boucle Du Mouhoun Regional Council Reminds Service Providers and Suppliers Who have Already Submitted Service Proposals that They are not Exempt from this Formality and must Submit A File Consisting of: 1. A Letter of Application Addressed to the President of the Regional Special Delegation Indicating The Candidates Field of Activity; Skills in the Chosen Area of Intervention; 2. A Company Presentation including its Full Address, Geographical Location, Qualifications, and 3. A Description of the Companys Human and Material Resources; 4. A Copy of the Accreditation, Certificate, or Authorization for Fields Requiring Such a Document; 5. A Copy of the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register; 6. Evidence of Experience or Achievements. For the Purposes of Building the Database, Candidates may not Submit Their Expression of Interest Or Service Offer in More than Three Fields Eligible companies wishing to participate in this consultation must submit their application in a sealed envelope marked "Response to the notice of establishment of the supplier/service provider database, specifying the relevant sector," to the General Secretariat of the Boucle du Mouhoun Regional Council, located on the 1st floor of the R+1 building of the Regional Council, on the Bobo-Dioulasso road, P.O.
