1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Stage Iii Of The Task Arkadia Mazowiecka - Reconstruction Of The Płock - Rydzyno Municipal Road With Infrastructure - Stage Ii And Stage Iii - Road Infrastructure Development Program In The Słupno Commune - Ofmp2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Stage I: A) Preparation Of Design Documentation Based On And In Accordance With The Content Of The Fup For The Subject Of The Agreement. The Form And Scope Of The Project Documentation Must Comply With The Provisions Of The Ffu And Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021. On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454), And In The Event Of Changes To These Provisions, The Provisions Issued In Their Place. The Contractor Will Submit The Design Documentation To The Ordering Party For Approval Before Submitting An Application For A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works. The Ordering Party Has The Opportunity To Submit Comments To The Design Documentation, These Comments May Concern Primarily The Non-Compliance Of The Design Documentation With The Provisions Of Generally Applicable Law, As Well As With The Provisions Of The Fup Or This Agreement; 2) Stage Ii: A) Performance Of Construction Works, Based On The Developed Design Documentation Referred To In Stage I, B) Performance Of Construction Works, Based On The Existing Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 14 To The Swz In The Scope Of: C) Providing Complete As-Built Documentation - In 2 Paper Copies And 1 Electronic Copy, D) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Works, In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994. – Construction Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), E) Carrying Out Inspections During The Quality Guarantee Period.3. Detailed Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement, Including, Among Others: The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In: A) Swz Together With Any Changes Made At The Stage Of The Basic Procedure (If Any), B) Pfu, Design Documentation, C) Applicable Technical And Legal Regulations Regarding The Execution Of Construction Works;4. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Work Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement.5. The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Technical, Operational And Quality Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party.6.
