Tenders Are Invited For Psychological And Psychotherapeutic Counseling And Other Forms Of Support For Małopolska Foster Families In The Following Counties: Nowy Targ, Suski And Tatra
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Comprehensive Service Provided To Foster Families In Małopolska, Including Children Under Their Care, In The Following Counties: Nowy Targ, Suski And Tatra Within A Period Of Up To 12 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract, Consisting In The Provision Of Specialist Services For A Total Maximum Of 650 Hours For Approximately 33 People (An Average Of 20 Hours Per Person) From Foster Families, Including Children Under Their Care (Their Own Children). Or In Foster Care), Hereinafter Also Referred To As Project Participants. The Services Will Be Provided On The Basis Of And In Accordance With The Individual Support Plan (Ipw) Developed By The Ordering Party, Based On An Individual Diagnosis Of Needs, Which Will Be Submitted To The Contractor Within 5 Days Of Its Agreement With The Project Participant In The Field Of: Psychotherapy, Psychological, Family, Pedagogical, Legal Counseling, Psychocorrection, Psychoeducation, Psychological Assistance, Psychotherapeutic Assistance, Speech Therapy/Neurological Therapy Assistance, Therapy Of Attachment Disorders And Experienced Traumas. Early Childhood And Developmental Disorders, Sensory Integration.2. As A Rule, Support Will Be Provided On An Individual Basis, But Taking Into Account That It Will Also Be Provided For Children, Due To Formal Conditions, A Foster Parent (Both As A Foster Parent And As A Biological Parent Of The Childs Own Child)/Childs Guardian Will Be Able To Participate In A Given Meeting/Consultation/Support. Support May Also Be Provided (A Given Meeting/Consultation/Counseling) For Several Members Of The Same Family At The Same Time (In Such A Case, Support Is Billed As Support For One Person). The Services Will Be Provided Between 8:00 A.M. And 8:00 P.M., Monday To Friday, And On Saturday, From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. - On The Dates/Hours Agreed With The Participant(S) By The Contractor. 3. Place Of Support Implementation: Nowy Targ Poviat, Suski Poviat And Tatra Poviat.
