The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of A Multi-Discipline Project And Construction And Installation Works In The Design And Build Formula, Which Includes: Execution Of Construction And Installation Works Aimed At Technical And Functional Modernization Of The Building, Execution Of Construction Works Related To Ensuring Accessibility To The Needs Of People With Disabilities And The Elderly, Construction And Construction Works Of An Elevator Shaft, Purchase And Installation Of An Interactive Notice Board And Development Of The Area Around The Building In Question. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Consists Of Two Stages: - Stage 1 - Design - Includes In Particular: Preparation Of The Necessary Multi-Discipline Inventory For The Purposes Of Implementing The Project (The Ordering Party Has Only An Architectural Inventory), Preparation Of A Technical Expertise, Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes, Obtaining A Decision On Development Conditions And Land Development, Preparation Of A Geotechnical Opinion (If Required) And Obtaining Technical Connection Conditions (If Required), Development Of A Functional And Utility Concept And Full Documentation Design, Surveying Of The Project, Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And Submitting Effective Notifications Of Works For Which A Building Permit Is Not Required. Note: The Contractor Will, On His Own, Obtain All Necessary Documents Confirming The Compliance Of The Construction Project With The Requirements Resulting From Separate Regulations. - Stage 2 - Build - Includes The Performance Of Construction, Assembly And Installation Works Based On The Developed Design Documentation And The Conditions Contained In The Arrangements And Decisions Administrative Tasks Related To The Implementation Of The Investment Together With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit.
