The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Care Services At The Place Of Residence In The City Of Józefów (Pursuant To Article 50 Of The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance) For The Residents Of Józefów, In Accordance With The Scope Determined In The Administrative Decision Granting The Benefit. The Services Are To Be Provided On Working Days, On Holidays And Non-Working Days, Between 6:00 A.M. And 10:00 P.M. The Estimated Number Of Hours Planned For The Period Of Implementation Of The Basic Order Is Approximately 10800. Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Significantly Change The Number Of People Using Care Services During The Term Of The Contract. By The Time Of Service Provision, The Ordering Party Understands The Clock Time Provided At The Place Of Residence Of The Mops Residents In Józefów. The Number Of Hours And People Is Estimated And May Change Due To The Specificity Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Variability Of Needs Due To The Changing Health Condition And Life Situation Of People Covered By Care Services. It Will Be Implemented According To Actual Needs And Will Be Settled Accordingly. Therefore, It Does Not Constitute The Final Dimension Of The Order, And As A Result, It Cannot Be The Basis For Submitting Claims Regarding The Execution Of The Order Or Be The Basis For Refusing To Complete The Order.
