The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity To The Facilities Of The District Office In Tarnów In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027 In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Quality Standards. 2. The Projected Electricity Consumption Indicated Above Is Indicative And May Differ From The Amount Of Energy Actually Consumed During The Contract Period. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Result In Any Consequences For The Ordering Party, Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Energy And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Operators Tariff. The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Fluctuation In Consumption At The Level Of (+/-) 15%.
