1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintaining Cleanliness In The Pana Office Premises, Located In Warsaw At Ul. Sienna 73 Using Its Equipment, Cleaning Products And Consumables, And Providing The Ordering Party With Hygiene Materials. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Order Be Completed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. Employment Requirements: Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code For At Least ½ Full-Time Employment, At Least One Person Who Will Perform Activities Related To The Implementation Of This Order In The Field Of Cleaning. All Persons Employed To Complete The Order Will Be Able To Communicate In Polish At Least Communicatively.
