Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Water Supply System Intended For Human Consumption And Domestic Sewage Collection In The Jaświły Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order In This Part Of The Procedure Is: A) Development Of A Construction Design For The Construction Of A Water Supply Network, In Accordance With The Pn-92/B-01706, Pn-92/B-10725 Standards, Based On The Ordering Partys Pfu. The Ordering Party Has Maps For Design Purposes To Prepare The Project. B) Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On The Developed And Approved Project, Consisting Of, Among Others: On:• Construction Of A Water Supply Network Made Of Pe Rc Pipes Ø 110 Mm, Length Approx. 2008 M• Installation Of Ø 110X32 Mm Clamps On The Water Supply Network With A Dn 25 Mm Gate Valve And A Street Box - 73 Sets, In Order To Enable Connections To The Water Supply Network In The Future 2. The Designed Water Supply Network Will Be Located In Municipal Roads In The Town Dolistowo Stare, Geodetic Area. Dolistowo Stare, Jaświły Commune, On Plots No.: 189/16, 188, 190/3, 625, 632, 413, 613, 630, 635, 621, 286/5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Location If It Is Not Possible To Build The Network On The Designed Plots.3. The Length Of The Water Pipeline Given Above Is Approximate, In Accordance With The Attached Maps For Design Purposes - Sheets 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.4. The Length Of The Water Pipeline May Change During Design. Changing The Length Of The Water Pipeline Will Not Change The Terms Of The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Requires A Minimum Of 60 Months Of Warranty, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.6. A Detailed Description And Method Of Implementing The Task In This Part Of The Procedure Is Presented In The Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Information Contained In The Fup Should Be Treated As Supporting Material For The Contractor To Prepare His Own Project. The Provisions In The Ffu Regarding The Water Supply Network Should Be Taken Into Account.7. The Scope Of Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor In This Part Of The Procedure Is Described In Detail In The Important Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 9.1. To The Swz).
