1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter With Care Services For Homeless People Referred By The Municipal Family Support Center In Skierniewice During A Period Of 12 Months From January 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2026, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 48A Of The Act On Social Assistance Of March 12, 2004. The Shelter Cannot Be Located More Than 200 Km From The City Of Skierniewice. The Minimum Number Of People Covered By The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter For Homeless People Is 2 People. The Estimated Number Of People Covered By The Services Consisting In Providing A Temporary Place In A Shelter For The Homeless Is 3 People. The Expected Number Of Homeless People Covered By The Service Is 3 People, However, The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Number Of People Is Calculated On The Basis Of Data From Previous Years And The Actual Number Of Homeless People May Vary Slightly. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Services May Only Be Provided By Entities Running A Shelter For Homeless People With Care Services, Entered By The Voivode On The List Of Facilities Providing Temporary Shelter. A Shelter For Homeless People With Care Services Should Provide Services In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of July 28, 2025 Amending The Regulation On Minimum Standards For Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care Services And Heating Rooms (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1059).
