The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Form Of Shelter In A Shelter For Homeless People With Care Services To Persons Referred By The Municipal Family Assistance Center In Toruń In 2026. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts Because, In The Opinion Of The Ordering Party, The Division Would Lead To Excessive Costs Of Order Execution And Differentiation Of Prices Of The Services Provided. 2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Specified In The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Family, Labor And Social Policy Of April 27, 2018 On Minimum Standards Of Night Shelters, Shelters For Homeless People, Shelters For Homeless People With Care And Heating Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 896, As Amended) - Hereinafter Referred To As The Regulation.2) The Minimum Scope Of The Service Includes: - Provision Of The Service 7 Days A Week; - Ensuring The Possibility Of Staying In The Shelter 24 Hours A Day, Including Providing A Place To Sleep In A Heated Room Whose Temperature Is Not Lower Than 20°C; - Provision Of One Hot Meal A Day, - Possibility Of Eating A Meal In The Living Room And, If Necessary, Feeding, - Access To A Room Enabling Self-Preparation Of A Meal And A Hot Drink, - Possibility Of Taking A Shower And Changing Clothes. If Necessary, Assistance With Washing, Bathing And Dressing, - Hygiene Care. Providing Care Services In A Separate Room Or In A Living Room If The Bed Is Separated By A Curtain, - Enabling Washing And Drying Of Clothes. Providing Disinfection And Disinfestation Of Clothing If It Is Not Possible To Replace It, - Necessary Assistance In Dealing With Personal Matters, - Providing Assistance In Using Health Services Available Under Separate Regulations, - Providing Activation Services Aimed At Strengthening Social Activity. Strengthening Social Activity Can Be Implemented, Among Others, By: By: • Training In The Ability To Independently Fulfill Social Roles, • Training In Interpersonal Skills And Problem-Solving Skills, • Participation In Support Groups.3) The Expected Number Of Homeless People (Women And Men) From The Toruń Municipality Covered By The Service Is 4 People.4) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Number Of People Referred To In Point 3, Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Commune In This Respect. 5) The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For A Reduction In The Material Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, And This Cannot Be The Basis For The Contractor To Refuse To Perform The Order. 6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Send A Larger Number Of Homeless People To The Shelter Than Indicated In Point 3 If Such A Need Arises, Within The Amount Intended To Finance The Order, Provided That The Contractor Has Free Places In The Shelter. 7) The Ordering
