5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Catching, Receiving, Storing And Caring For Homeless Animals From The Opoczno Commune In 2026. 5.2. The Service Will Be Provided On A Property Owned By The Opoczno Commune, Located In Różanna No. 98, 26-300 Opoczno. A Lease Agreement Will Be Signed With The Selected Contractor For The Property Where The Shelter Is Located. 5.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Admission To The Shelter Of Homeless Animals Currently Under The Care Of The Opoczno Commune, In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order; 2) Trapping, Transport In A Vehicle Adapted To Transport Animals And Admission To The Shelter Of Caught Homeless Animals From The Opoczno Commune During The Duration Of The Contract; 3) Providing Proper Care And Protection For Animals Staying In The Shelter, In Particular Providing Food According To The Standards Set By A Veterinarian, 4) Providing Care Veterinary Care For Homeless Animals From The Opoczno Commune, Including Treatment Of Sick Animals, Purchase Of Medicines; 5) Conducting Adoption Activities In Relation To Animals From The Opoczno Commune, By Searching For Appropriate People Willing To Adopt The Animals And Putting Them Up For Adoption By Concluding An Adoption Contract On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, 6) Keeping A List And Records Of Animals, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Relevant Regulations And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, 7) Purchasing Chips, Microchipping Animals Admitted To The Shelter And Registering Chipped Animals In The Database, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5.4. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
