Performing Light Household Work Related To Maintaining Cleanliness In Real Estate Owned By The Ordering Party, C. Performing Work Related To The Transfer Of Furniture And Other Fixed Assets, Distribution Of Office Supplies And Equipment Of The Court In The Area Of Its Headquarters, Places Indicated In Point. 2, As Well As Between The Locations Indicated In Point 2, D. Transferring Files, Under The Supervision Of A Court Employee, Between The Archives And Organizational Units Of The Court Or Court Buildings Located In The Vicinity.E. Performing Other Minor Works Ordered By The Head Of The Commercial Branch Of The District Court Poznań - Nowe Miasto And Wilda In Poznań And, If Necessary, Correcting Any Defects On An Ongoing Basis, 2. The Contractor Will Perform The Obligations Arising From The Agreement - Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party - In Buildings Occupied By The Ordering Party, Located In Poznań At: Al. K. Marcinkowskiego 32, Ul. Chlebowa 4/8, Ul. 27 Grudnia 15, Ul. Rabczańska 1, Oś. Armii Krajowej 101, Al. K. Marcinkowskiego 2 (Upon Taking Over For Use) Or In Another Place Agreed By The Parties, If It Is Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Agreement.3. Due To The Fact That The Persons Who Will Perform The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277), The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Agreement Be Performed In Its Entirety, I.E. On A Full-Time Basis, By Persons Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That Carpentry Services And Minor Electrical Works Which Are The Subject Of The Agreement Are Provided On A Full-Time Basis By The Contractors Employees, As Part Of Their Duties Under The Employment Contract. Man-Hours Earned During The Performance Of The Agreement Cannot Be Provided By Persons Employed By The Contractor Under A Contract For Specific Work, A Mandate Contract Or Any Legal Relationship That Is Not An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code.
