The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services For Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In The External And Internal Areas Of Buildings And The Delivery Of Correspondence To Residents Of Municipal Buildings Administered By The Housing Management Department In Piekary Śląskie In The Area: Part I - Adm 12. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 4A And Annex 4B To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Requires That Persons Directly Involved In The Execution Of The Order, I.E. Persons Involved In The Ongoing Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Order, Are Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277) By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Employment Of Persons Related To The Coordination Of The Provision Of Services Under An Employment Contract. The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others: Natural Persons Running A Business, Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership, To The Extent That They Will Personally Perform Services For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor. The Method Of Control And Sanctions Related To Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned The Requirement Is Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
