1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of The First Furniture For The Municipal Nursery At Ul. Minkiewicza 50 In Suwałki As Part Of The Active Toddler Program In Accordance With The List Included In The Technical Specification Of The Furniture.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Technical Specification Of The Furniture, Price Form - Annex No. 2. The Arrangement Of Individual Furniture Elements Is Specified In The Design Study - Furniture Arrangement Concept. The Expected Visual Effect For Repetitive Rooms Such As A Classroom, Cloakroom, Bathroom Next To The Classroom Is Determined By Visualizations Of The Interior Design Project.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Only Brand New, Unused And Unexposed Furniture, Complete, Ready For Use Immediately After Delivery To The Ordering Party, Without The Need To Purchase Additional Elements.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Have Guarantees, Necessary Certificates, Approvals And Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of Fire Protection Requirements For Interior Finishing Elements And Permanent Equipment (In Accordance With §258 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure On The Technical Conditions To Be Met By Buildings And Their Location) And Should Meet All Requirements Provided For In Applicable Regulations For This Type Of Products And Cannot Be The Subject Of Claims By Third Parties.5. Before The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Appropriate Attestations, Certificates, Guarantees, Technical Approvals Of The Products (Furniture) Used And Instructions For Use And Maintenance To The Ordering Party For Approval.6. The Parameters Specified In The Technical Specification For Furniture Constitute The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard, They May Be Replaced By Other Equivalent Ones, However, The Obligation To Prove Equivalence, In Accordance With Art. 30 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Belongs To The Contractor.7. The Obligation To Prove That The Product (Furniture) Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Person Submitting The Offer - The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Appropriate Documents Describing The Technical And Quality Parameters, Certificates Required By Law And Other Documents Allowing The Given Products (Furniture) For Use And Making It Possible To Clearly State That They Are Equivalent.8. The Ordering Party Allows For A Dimensional Tolerance Of Up To 3%.9. In The Case Of Description Using Standards, Equivalent Solutions Are Those That Ensure Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified In The Standard At A Level Not Worse Than That Described In The Relevant Standards. In The Case Of Standards Referred To In The Swz (Unless Specified In Detail), Current Standards Are Understood.
