1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Provided In The City Of Lipno, At The Recipients Place Of Residence.2. Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Are Adapted To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability.3. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided Based On An Administrative Decision, In Accordance With The Scope Established For Each Patient.4. Specialized Care Services Will Be Provided On Weekdays From Monday To Friday From 8.00 To 18.00. A Therapeutic Hour Is 60 Minutes.5. On A Monthly Basis, A Group Of Approximately 20 Patients Is Expected To Receive Specialized Care Services.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Referred To In Art. 7 Point 15 Of The Public Procurement Law.
