The Receipt, Transportation And Delivery Of Parcels, Their Possible Return And The Provision Of Parcel Collection Services, As Well As Complaints, Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions. The Ordering Party Informs That Due To The Nature Of The Matters Conducted And The Tasks Performed, It Is Necessary To Send Parcels Requiring The Use Of: Art. 57 § 5 Point 2 Of The Act Of June 14, 1960, Code Of Administrative Procedure; Art. 12 § 6 Point 2 Of The Act Of August 29, 1997, Tax Ordinance; Art. 165 § 2 Of The Act Of November 17, 1964, Code Of Civil Procedure.
