Quotation are invited for Structural Maintenance for Enseleni Wtw SCOPE OF WORK The scope of works cover General Information: Check around the site and do proper risk assessment before work commence Safety standard procedures to be follow by contractor during and construction / maintenance period. All employee to ware correct PPE in anytime they are on site. Remove all rubble from site and dump it on dumping site Fence: Remove existing falling and broken concrete palisade fence Cut trees and grass from both inside and outside of the fence, 2.0m in each side. All trees around and in-between the fence must be cut off and treated with tree poison Supply and installation of concrete palisade fence to match existing fence. Plant all poles and pour concrete not less than 600mm deep Tie all cross poles and middle pols using bolt, nut and washer. Buildings: Remove existing wooden door with frame. Supply and installation of aluminium door with frames and locks Supply and installation of steel door with steel frame and stainless steel pad lock for storeroom Replace shower roses, complete set of toilet with flushing system, taps for handwashing basin, 3lever lockset and globes from shower Repaint door with clear vanish Tighten existing hand wash basin and stand against the wall Replace Air condition 9000BTU from one office to match existing brand 2. CONTRACT PERIOD AND COMPLETION DATE The contract is valid for 3 weeks, which period shall include any statutory and builders holidays falling within this period. 3. PENALTIES FOR LATE COMPLETION A penalty of R500,00 per day shall be raised for every day or part thereof that the work remains incomplete after the date specified in clause 3 above.
