The State School Homes Are Tendering The Defusing Instructor Training. The Training Is Aimed At The Staff Of School Homes. The Goal Is To Train Personnel To Guide Defusing Conversations After Psychologically Stressful Situations. The Staff Consists Of Nursing, Educational And Teaching Staff. In The Beginning, The Need For Training Is 10-15 People, But Later Always As Needed. The Scope Of The Education Must Be 2 Credits Or Similar Content. The Training Should Be Organized As A Close Training, Including Preliminary And Intermediate Tasks. Implementation Is Also Possible As Part Of Other Defusing Training Organized By The Trainer (So Not Necessarily A Training Aimed Only At The Staff Of School Homes). State Schools Do Not Commit To The Number Of Training Sessions. The Training Can Take Place At A Place Organized By The Trainer Or The School Homes. The Training Can Be Arranged, For Example, In The Premises Of A School Dormitory. The Customer Chooses One Service Provider For The Framework Contract.
