Stadswerk072 Intends To Conclude A New Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Maintenance Of The Element Pavements In The Municipality Of Alkmaar. The Agreement Has A Term Of 1 Year 3 Quarters, With The Possibility Of Two Extensions Of One Year Each. Stadswerk072 Wishes To Find A Contractor With Whom Maintenance Can Be Carried Out In A Qualitative, Sustainable Manner And With Less Environmental Impact. This Is Elaborated In The Qualitative Award Criterion Mki. The Maximum Value Of The Framework Agreement Is €10,000,000. The Work Mainly Consists Of: - Breaking Up Element Paving And Edge Barriers - Sawing And Removing Asphalt - Supplying And Installing Foundation Material - Supplying And Installing Element Paving And Edge Barriers - Re-Paving Element Paving And Repairing Edge Barriers - Aligning Edge Barriers - Additional Work Not All Maintenance Work On Element Paving That Stadswerk072 Carries Out Falls Within The Scope Of This Framework Agreement. Activities That Are Part Of Multidisciplinary And/Or Integrated Projects, Such As Redevelopment And Area Development Projects, Fall Outside The Scope Of This Framework Agreement. Stadswerk072 Therefore Reserves The Right To Award Work That Falls Outside The Scope Of The Framework Agreement To A Third Party. Stadswerk072 Intends To Convert An Average Of Approximately € 2,500,000 Per Year Within The Framework Agreement. The Fictitious Quantities In The Raw Framework Agreement Are An Estimate For 2 Years, With A Size Of Approximately € 5,000,000, Excluding Any Extensions Of The Framework Agreement. For The Maximum Term Of This Framework Agreement, It Is Expected That €10,000,000 Will Be Converted. It Is Expected That 1 Or 2 Major Replacement Orders Worth Around € 650,000 Will Be Carried Out Per Year. It Is Expected That Approximately 20 Partial Assignments With A Bandwidth Of € 40,000 To € 125,000 Will Be Carried Out Per Year.
