Gravel, Sand, Crushed Stone And Aggregates - Procurement Of Stone Material. The Subject Of Procurement Is The Procurement Of Stone Material For A Period Of Two (2) Years In Accordance With The Cost List, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Procurement Documentation. The Delivery Or Collection Of The Goods Is Carried Out At The Suppliers Warehouse, Which Must Not Be At A Greater Distance Than 15 Km From The Headquarters Of The Client. The Term Of Delivery Of The Goods Must Not Be Longer Than 5 Days, Which Is Also One Of The Selection Criteria. The Client Does Not Have Adequate Space For Stone Material Storage, And It Is Not Possible To Organize The Loading And Weighing Of Stone Material For 16 Hours A Day. Furthermore, The Client Cannot Plan The Daily Dynamics Of The Need For Stone Material, Since It Depends On Interventions To Eliminate Defects, As Well As On The Weather Conditions For The Installation Of Stone Material, Which Is Why The Tenderer Is Required To Own Or Rent A Warehouse Near The Clients Headquarters With Loading And Weighing. During The Contract Period, The Client Takes Stone Material Individually And Successively (According To Needs) With Its Own Vehicles And In Smaller Quantities, Which Is Why It Is Looking For A Warehouse Near The Clients Headquarters In Order To Reduce Transport Costs And Increase Business Efficiency. A Greater Distance To The Warehouse Would Also Result In Higher Transportation Costs, As Well As The Impossibility Of Timely Repair Of Defects, And Thus A Violation Of The Clients Basic Task Of Continuous And Unhindered Performance Of Activities. The Client, In Accordance With Art. 204 Paragraph 2, Did Not Divide The Subject Of This Procurement Into Groups For The Reason That It Is Stone Material Of The Same Origin, And Accordingly, The Subject Of Procurement Is Not Divisible.
