The Subject Of This Tender Is A Framework Agreement For The Collection, Transport And Delivery Of The Press Product Ihkmagazin (Hereinafter Referred To As Press Product/S) Nationally And Internationally. The Collection Point For Press Products Is The Following Address: Hans-Georg-Weiss-Straße 7, 52156 Monschau. The Transport And Delivery Of Press Products Takes Place Predominantly Throughout The Federal Republic Of Germany (Mainly To Recipients In The Postal Code Areas 4Xxxx And 5Xxxx). Transport And Delivery To Recipients Outside The Federal Republic Of Germany Amounts To Less Than 1% Of The Total Shipment Volume. Reference Is Also Made To The Service Description. The Expected Order Volume Is 727,200 Press Products. The Maximum Purchase Limit For Press Products Provided For In This Framework Agreement Is 840,000 (Information Based On The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement). There Is No Minimum Purchase Obligation From The Ihk Aachen. The Framework Agreement Is Concluded With A Company. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force When The Contract Is Awarded. The Start Of Performance For The Contractually Agreed Services Is January 1, 2026. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Timely Collection Of The Press Products In Accordance With Appendix 03: Production Plan 2026 From Weiss-Druck Gmbh & Co. Kg (Address: Hans-Georg-Weiss-Straße 7, 52156 Monschau). The Framework Agreement Has A Basic Term Of Two Years. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Extended By A Further Year If It Is Not Terminated By The Ihk Aachen Three Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreement Is 4 Years. When The Maximum Term Expires, The Framework Agreement Ends Without The Need For Termination. The Same Applies If The Intended Maximum Purchase Limits Are Reached Before The End Of The Maximum Term. The Ihk Aachen Is Not Obliged To Award Contracts Within The Meaning Of The Framework Agreement Under The Framework Agreement.
