Tenders are invited for Conveyance of Sea Mail Consignments to Overseas Postal Administrations. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Accountant (Procurement), Department of Posts, 6th Floor, Postal Headquarters, No.310, D.R Wijewardene Mawatha, Colombo 10 on any working day from 9.00 hours to 15.00 hours from 26 November 2025 upon payment of non refundable fee of Rs. 4,000/- to the Postmaster General up to 15.00 hours on OS"1 December 2025. The method of payment will be by cash.
