The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Transport Services As Part Of Additional Transport For The Inowrocław Commune In The Period 01/01/2026 - 31/12/2026. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide Transport Services Using Buses Whose Capacity Will Be Adapted To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Detailed Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding Vehicles Servicing Additional Journeys Are Specified In Annex No. 8 To The Swz. Estimated The Scope Of Transport Work, Which May Be Reduced In Relation To Additional Transport During The Term Of The Contract, Will Amount To 18,200 Vehicle-Kilometers. Estimated Number Of Additional Journeys In Accordance With The Offer Form. When Preparing The Calculation Of Additional Journeys, The Contractor Should Include In The Proposed Rates The Costs Of Transport, Parking Fees And Other Necessary Fees Borne By The Carrier. In The Case Of Additional Transport, The Cost Of The Ordering Party Is Only The Cost Per Vehicle Kilometer Indicated By The Contractor In The Offer Form. In The Case Of Multi-Day Trips, The Ordering Party Will Also Cover The Costs Of Accommodation And Meals For The Drivers. The Remaining Costs Are The Contractors Expense. In Addition, In A Separate Field Indicated In The Offer Form, The Contractor Will Present A Valuation Of The Coachs Parking If Such A Stop Is Necessary (Applies To One-Day Trips Up To 120 Km In Both Directions). In Other Cases, The Parking Fee Is Borne By The Contractor.
