Tenders Are Invited For Providing Catering Services To Educational Institutions Run By The Puszcza Mariańska Commune In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Catering Service - Feeding Children Attending Educational Institutions Run By The Puszcza Mariańska Commune. The Estimated Maximum Number Of Hot Meals In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026 Will Be 120,000 Meals, Including Approximately 55,000 Two-Course Lunches For Primary School Students And 65,000 Full-Day Meals (Breakfast, Two-Course Dinner And Afternoon Snack) For Kindergartens And Preschool Departments. The Minimum Total Number Of Meals That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase Under This Order Is 70,000 Pieces, Including Approximately 32,000 Pieces Of Two-Course Lunches For Primary School Students And Approximately 38,000 Pieces Of Full-Board Meals (Breakfast, Two-Course Lunch And Afternoon Snack) For Kindergartens And Preschool Departments. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Appendix No. 1 To Swz.2. The Ordering Party Acts On Its Own Behalf And Is Entitled To Conduct Public Procurement Proceedings On Behalf Of All Organizational Units.3. The Puszcza Mariańska Commune Will Conclude One Contract Resulting From This Public Procurement Procedure In The Basic Mode Pursuant To The Public Procurement Act For Provision Of Catering Services To Educational Institutions Run By The Puszcza Mariańska Commune In The Period From January 1, 2026 To December 31, 2026.4. The Estimated Number Of Meals Is Indicative Only, Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Constitutes An Obligation On The Part Of The Ordering Party To Purchase The Given Number Of Meals. The Number Of Meals Served Will Depend On Childrens Attendance At Schools And Kindergartens. The Contractor Will Be Informed About The Number Of Meals Served On A Given Day In Advance (By 7:30 A.M. On A Given Day). Based On The Information Obtained, The Contractor Will Provide A Specific Number Of Meals. 5. The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Number Of Hot Meals Covered By This Order Will Not Be Less Than 70,000 Pieces, Including Approximately 32,000 Pieces Of Two-Course Lunches For Schools And 38,000 Pieces Of Full-Board Meals (Breakfast, Two-Course Dinner And Afternoon Snack) For Kindergartens And Preschool Departments. 6. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Not Using The Full Estimated Number Of Meals.7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Swz.8. The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract That Will Be Included In The Content Of This Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
