1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Traffic To The Municipal Office In Wolbórz In The Scope Of Receiving, Moving And Delivering Postal Items And Their Possible Returns In Domestic And Foreign Traffic. 2. The Types And Number Of Shipments Specified In The Price Form (Appendix No. 3 To The Swz) Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Parcels Sent By The Ordering Party Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To Any Place In The Country And Abroad, To The Provided Address Or Post Office Box Address, In Compliance With The Rules And Conditions For Effective And Timely Delivery Of Letters Specified In The Applicable Regulations. Parcels Sent By The Ordering Party, If Notified, Will Be Collected By The Addressees At Properly Marked Permanent Establishments Of The Contractor Located In Every Commune In The Country. 3. A Detailed Description And Terms Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order), Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Price Form) And Annex No. 4 To The Swz (Draft Contract).
